We provide 1,200 square feet of Balanced Body Pilates®, CoreAlign®, Bodhi Suspension System®, GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, MOTR® & BOSU® equipment in a relaxed, judgement-free and comfortable environment in our Coral Springs, Florida studio.
We have classes for all levels 7 days a week, and welcome everyone to experience the renewing benefits of Pilates, Bodhi, MOTR, BOSU and CoreAlign.
We are also the ONLY Authorized Balanced Body Pilates®Training Center in South Florida! Providing Pilates Instructor Training, continuing education in Pilates, Bodhi Suspension System®, MOTR®, Anatomy in 3 Dimensions & CoreAlign®. We are also a host site for BOSU® education!
